Grand Opening of MALUJI·Selection Restaurant in Tianjin: A New Milestone for Brand Upgrades

On August 28, 2024, a grand opening ceremony was held for the MALUJI·Selection Restaurant located on Qiongzhou Road, Hexi District, Tianjin. This event heralded a significant new era for MALUJI, marking its transition from a favored spot for family gatherings to a premier venue for business banquets.

 

As MALUJI's first nationwide flagship restaurant, the Tianjin MALUJI·Selection Restaurant enjoys a prime location on Qiongzhou Road, Hexi District, adjacent to the iconic Tianjin People's Park. Housed in a standalone three-story building, it offers the dual advantages of a serene environment and convenient access. Spanning an impressive 1,600 square meters, the restaurant provides nearly 300 seats, including 15 private dining rooms. The terrace garden on the second-floor is a veritable urban oasis, treating guests to a breathtaking panoramic view of the People's Park. The private dining rooms, named after notable places and distinctive features of Chengdu, masterfully blend the enchanting charm of Chengdu with the unique style of Tianjin. The restaurant's interior design is a visual masterpiece. Dominated by a striking black-and-red color scheme, it exudes a vibrant and dynamic China - chic ambiance. Abundant use of art glass and baked-metal elements enhances the spatial structure, while intricate details throughout the space fully showcase the elegance of Oriental aesthetics.


Currently, the Tianjin MALUJI·Selection Restaurant stands as a one-of-a-kind establishment within the MALUJI brand in China. While adhering to MALUJI's core principles of using fresh ingredients, generous servings, and live cooking, it sets itself apart with its meticulously curated menu. Crafted by a team of master chefs, the menu features an array of original, delicate Sichuan dishes, complemented by exquisitely prepared Cantonese seafood infused with Sichuan flavors.


The dishes are a harmonious balance of spiciness, freshness, and aroma. The Boiled Australian Lobster is a perfect example, seamlessly combining a spicy kick with the natural freshness of the lobster. The Chicken Soup with Litsea Cubeba Oil, Pickle and Bamboo Shoot, prepared live by the head chef, artfully incorporates fresh litsea cubeba, tangy pickles, tender bamboo shoots, and succulent spotted-brown chicken. The result is a rich, flavorful broth that offers a multi-sensory delight, tantalizing the eyes, nose, and taste buds in equal measure.
