MALUJI Group is headquartered in Beijing, China

Founded in December 2020 and headquartered in Beijing, China,

MALUJI is a promising and trustworthy food and catering management group in China, operating two major business segments: retails and restaurants.

Since its establishment, the Group has remained committed to the development philosophy of breakthrough and innovation. We've crafted a full-scene, three-dimensional, and full-chain digital catering ecosystem that integrates the new China-chic vitality with the foundational essence of traditional Sichuan cuisine.

Today, we stand as a dynamic and competitive emerging player in China's catering industry, offering a distinct and unforgettable dining experience.

At MALUJI, innovation, development, and safety are the core tenets that we stick to as we continues to pursue brand innovation and breakthroughs.

With product R&D and a standardization center as core drivers, we have constructed a new business model that fits seamlessly with the new catering market's competitive landscape, covering the entire production and sales chain.

In the sales front end, we've built a comprehensive online new media matrix, opened up over 10,000 offline sales channels, and developed a multi-brand, multi-outlet chain restaurant network. This enables us to achieve a full-scene three-dimensional marketing layout.

In the back-end, we provide strong safeguards for front-end sales leveraging our R&D team of professional chefs, collaborating with leading supply-chain factories, and capitalizing on our robust cold-chain logistics system.

Meanwhile, we've efficiently managed over 20 million members via our CRM system and accomplished comprehensive group-wide data management through the ERP system. These efforts have propelled the Group to make substantial headway in its efficient operation and sustainable development.

Since opening its first restaurant at China World Mall in Beijing in December 2023, MALUJI has been growing at a remarkable pace. To date, we have completed the layout of 43 restaurant across 17 cities nationwide,

covering Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Qingdao, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Jinan, Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Taiyuan, Shenzhen, Kunming, Lanzhou, Shenyang, Changchun, etc.

In 2023, the MALUJI branded restaurant was listed on Dianping's Must-Eat List.

MALUJI has always put the consumer experience and feedback first. With our executive chef team fully committed to the R&D of e-commerce products, we've launched over 60 SKUs and presented a series of best-sellers, including Hot and Sour Noodles and Boiled Duck Blood.

Specifically, our Hot and Sour Noodles (Instant Series) reached cumulative sales volume of over 150 million buckets, and maintained their TOP 1 position in both sales and word-of-mouth in the instant food category across major platforms.

In terms of logistics layout, MALUJI has built six three-temperature cloud warehouses in Beijing, Chengdu, Nanjing, Foshan and Henan Provinces. This enables online drop-shipping and allows us to process an average of tens of thousands of orders daily, ensuring efficient logistics services for customers.

Currently, MALUJI's e-commerce products are available for purchase in more than 200 cities (except Xizang, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), and have been sampled by tens of millions of customers. We've achieved a repurchase rate of over 70% across all online platforms, demonstrating high market recognition.

Moreover, a range of MALUJI products have won professional awards frequently on various platforms and continue to top various lists.

After four years of steady development, MALUJI has built a unique online and offline product matrix by taking traditional Sichuan cuisine as the cornerstone and integrating China-chic elements,

achieving an innovative breakthrough in China's catering sector and spearheading Chinese cuisine‘s march to the international market.
